VEGETABLES MIX PRODUCTS GENERAL FEATURES

Ingredients:

Zucchini, Pepper, Eggplant, Onion, Potato Starch, Tomato Puree, and Olive Oil.

Optional Ingredients:

Customers may request additional spices and other ingredients as needed.

Regular Process Description:

Reception and storage of raw materials.

Batch Preparation. Mixing and preheating of the ingredients, Pasteurization, and Packaging.

Applications:

Sauces, Fillings, Baby Foods, Soups, Dressings, ready meals, and more.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep

refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
