Regular Process Description:
Commercially sterile product from whole artichokes (Cynara scolymus L), scalded, without stalk neither fibrous leaves, cutted in dices, and pasteurized.
Applications:
Sauces, Fillings, Baby Foods, Soups, Dressings, ready meals, and more.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
