CARROT PUREE GENERAL FEATURES

Ingredients:

Fresh Carrots

Variety: Maestro, Soprano or others.

Available in Organic, baby food, and Dysphagia-Friendly Foods.

Optional Ingredients:

Customers may request additional spices and other

ingredients as needed.

Regular Process Description:

Carrots are washed and rinsed before being sorted.

Stems and other foreign matter are removed. The carrots are crushed, sieved, sterilized, and aseptically filled.

Applications:

Bakeries, beverages, cheese, pasta, dairy products, dressing, sauces, rissole, hummus, soups, ready meals, and more.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep

refrigerated and consume within 10 days.

  • Can prolong the shelf life of the final product.
