Regular Process Description:
Pumpkin is washed and rinsed before sorting. Blemish, stem and any other foreign matter are removed. The pumpkin is crushed. The product is sieved, sterilized and aseptically filled.
Applications:
Sauces, Fillings, pizza, Baby Foods, Soups, Dressings, ready meals, and more.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep
refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
