Carrot Puree

Ingredients:

100% fresh carrots.

Variety: maestro, soprano or other varieties suitable for industrialization.

Description:

Carrot is washed and rinsed before sorting. Stem and any other foreign matter are removed. The carrot is crushed. The product is sieved, sterilized and aseptically filled.

Allergens: NO

Applications:

Sauces, Fillings, Baby Foods, Soups, Dressings, etc...

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
